Our Association is a non-profit corporation registered in the Province of Quebec, Canada. All Association activities are conducted entirely by volunteers and if you would like to help out, please indicate contact the Board of Directors.

The governing constitution (Bylaw 1-97) applies to the Property Owners' Association and its members. The Restrictive Covenants apply to all those who own property in Mont-Cascades Village. They are enforceable by the courts pursuant to a real servitude on the property.
